This site sets no cookies. Anonymous, cookieless usage statistics run on PostHog EU. If you contact NordSym, we process the information you send.
What we process
Correspondence, contact details and business context you choose to share with us. When you book a review, NordSym uses the submitted name, email, notes, date and time to create and hold the meeting.
Analytics
NordSym uses PostHog EU in cookieless mode for anonymous site usage statistics. It does not use cookies, local storage, session storage, session replay, or visitor identification on this site.
Booking data
The booking form posts to NordSym's n8n booking workflow, which creates the meeting workflow and related calendar handling. Booking data is used only to coordinate the review and respond to the request.
Client data handling
Client data is handled under written mandate. Client data never crosses client boundaries. Agents operate only inside approved surfaces, scopes and approval paths.
Legal basis
We process correspondence under legitimate interest and contract performance when work is discussed or delivered.
Retention and rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing Gustav Hemmingsson at gustav@nordsym.com.
Terms
Engagement terms are agreed in writing before work starts. Client systems, channels and data remain client-owned unless a written agreement says otherwise.
